During dialysis sessions, technicians monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen levels, and report any significant changes or issues to the supervising healthcare professionals.
Machine Operation:
Dialysis technicians are responsible for operating and monitoring the dialysis machines during treatment. They ensure that the machines are functioning properly, make adjustments as needed, and respond to any alarms or technical issues that may arise.
Infection Control:
Maintaining a clean and sterile environment is crucial in dialysis units to prevent infections.
